Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Processing

Endure application uses third-party artificial intelligence services to analyze user-submitted content such as images, body measurements, nutrition information, and trading analysis inputs.

AI features are optional and are only activated when the user explicitly requests an analysis.

What Data Is Sent

When a user requests an AI analysis, the following data may be transmitted securely:

Uploaded images (food photos, body photos, ingredient photos, trading chart screenshots)
User-provided numerical inputs (age, height, weight, etc.)
Contextual analysis parameters (for example: selected timeframe or trading symbol)
Technical metadata required to process the request (such as device request timestamp)

The app does not transmit:

User passwords
Authentication tokens
Payment details
HealthKit raw data
Advertising identifiers

Only the minimum necessary data required to generate analysis results is transmitted.

Third-Party AI Service Providers

User-submitted content is processed by secure third-party AI infrastructure providers, including:

OpenAI (AI model processing services)
Secure cloud hosting providers used for backend processing

These providers:

Process data solely for generating analysis results
Do not use user data for advertising purposes
Do not sell or share user data
Are contractually obligated to maintain data protection standards consistent with industry best practices and applicable privacy regulations

User Consent

Before any data is transmitted to a third-party AI service:

The app clearly explains what data will be sent
The purpose of processing is explained
The user must explicitly provide consent

No AI data transmission occurs without user approval.

Users may decline AI processing, in which case no data is transmitted.

Data Storage and Retention

AI analysis inputs are processed transiently for generating results.

AI request data is not permanently stored unless required for account-related features.
Endure does not use AI-submitted data for advertising.
Endure does not sell user data.

Any stored data is protected using secure encryption and access controls consistent with industry standards.

All third-party services used by Endure are required to provide equal or comparable data protection standards.
